DEKATV
Friday 1 May 2009 saw DEKATV take to SABC 3 for the first time and the first season boasted 26 episodes, each 30 minutes in length. DEKATV is a glossy and artistic television magazine programme, displaying a proudly SA approach to diverse intellectual issues.
The programme reflects all the lifestyle, music, art, historical, food and wine issues that are already hallmarks of the well-branded and successful DEKAT magazine.
The programme is a feast of rich visual quality and a journey of discovery that highlights the celebration of being human.
Award: DEKATV won an ATKV-Veertjie (handed out at a gala event on April 16, 2010) in the category: Best insert for a magazine programme – Producer Phillip Lennon accepted the award for his insert, Af in die grot.
Back on screen: DEKATV is back on screen from 19 June 2010 at 18:30 on SABC 3.
Please indicate where I can find information on the programme which you screened on new developments in Mauritius (and cattle!), by South Africans. Must have been screened towards end of July 2010. Somewhere in your archives??
