Amira Clayton, Chanel van Tonder, Gwen van Tonder and Petro Rhode attended the fouth Mathews Phosa-lecture on the Afrikaanse Taalmuseum and –monument on 12 August – “Afrikaans in the 21st century”. The guest speaker was prof Russel Botman, rector and vice councilor of the University of Stellenbosch. The Taalmuseum and –monument celebrate its 35 birthday.
