All covered in hat, coat, jacket, jersey, scarf and gloves, it wasn’t that hard finding my way around this city, built to withstand the ruthless Russian winter. The Nevski was bewitching. Shop windows appeared to shimmer in the approaching light of dusk, but there wasn’t a single tree in sight! writes Phillip Crafford in the May/June edition of DEKAT.
